About

Hello!

I am Rajarajeshwari, shortly Raji

My mission is to help people find meaning and happiness in their lives. I live by the principle that each person needs to be respected, irrespective of their position. I truly believe that each one of us can achieve much more than what we think!

My Journey

I started my exciting corporate journey as a management finance trainee almost 22 years ago and is currently the Head of finance in a German Multinational. I have worked across borders and am aware of the multi cultural environments in which organisations work. With close to a decade of learning organisation psychology, I founded Humanising Numbers to bring in systemic change in organisations and to ignite curiosity in individuals.

I have been working on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion topics for more than a decade. I believe that while finding the right fit could be a challenge, the acceptance and the ecosystem also needs to be addressed. In my coaching for women returning to work, I have realised the struggles they go through at the work place.

Working on myself through Transactional Analysis, I have realised that while the top line and bottom line are of utmost important to organisations, getting people to work on their shared vision and goals will help in getting a win-win situation.
