I am passionate to work with women. Given our family backgrounds and our aspirations, some of us are privileged to lead our life and careers the way we want, while many of us are not. I work with women by coaching them to move beyond their circumstances to forge ahead or restart their careers.
I work with organisations to make their work places gender neutral by working with their policies, working with their teams across all levels in order to sensitise them about women in the work place and about perceiving women better. It is also about how organisations can create a better ecosystem. Coaching and workshops enable women to gain their seat at the table and help organisations with better financial performance.
