Punaraagamanam – Return to work

“In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity”

Sun Tzu

Punaraagamanam in Sanskrit means returning. Make your return to work program successful at the grassroot level.

To return to work is not easy for the individual. Neither is it easy for the team to accept a returnee at work. Most returnship programs have a lot of acceptance at the management levels. Whereas, at the team level, the team is not aware of the challenges that come with these returning employees. While returnship programs focus on upskilling the individuals in their areas of responsibilities, many organisations fail to notice the emotional aspects of the returnee and the team with whom they work. The entire system is undergoing a change and needs to be handled smoothly.

I believe that the first 100 days are crucial for the individuals and the teams. I engage with organisations to make the first 100 days of the returnship program successful. Dive into workshops and coaching, designed to reshape mindset challenges, embrace change, and boost both personal and professional success. This results in a much safer environment for the returnee and a more collaborative approach for the team.
