Many of us dream big but very few of us achieve our dreams and go beyond. Many of us are stuck with our limiting beliefs or have stories in our head, which stop us from moving ahead. I coach individuals to go beyond their stories and work with them to perform and achieve their dreams and beyond! Coaching is a safe place to explore and come out with the best possible outcomes.

Organisations

Organisations are systems which have their unique culture. However, when individuals and teams get together to work towards the common mission of the organisation, there are naturally risks and opportunities. I work with organisations for establishing a culture of trust to enable systemic changes for employees to collaborate with trust and organisations to succeed.

Diversity Equity and Inclusion

I am passionate to work with women. Given our family backgrounds and our aspirations, some of us are privileged to lead our life and careers the way we want, while many of us are not so privileged. I work with women by coaching them to move beyond their circumstances to forge ahead or restart their careers.

I work with organisations to make their work places gender neutral by working with their policies, working with their teams across all levels in order to sensitise them about women and about perceiving women better. It is also about how organisations can create a better ecosystem.
