Refund Policy
Payments made for services, consultations, coaching, training programs, workshops and digital products are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced or been delivered.

Refund requests may be considered in cases of duplicate payment, technical charging errors, inability to provide the purchased service, or other exceptional circumstances approved by Humanising Numbers.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval, subject to banking timelines.

Where services have been partially delivered, Humanising Numbers may issue a partial refund at its discretion.
